Our Cape Town Conference Shuttle Division was quite busy this past week, as we’ve enjoyed the absolute privilege of providing airport transfer services to Anglo American during their stay at the Westin Hotel and surrounding Hotels for the Mining Indaba Conference Cape Town.
The CTICC Conference Shuttles was available from 07h00 until 17h00 and thereafter until 22h00 and 24hoo respectively for Executives and Delegates who attended dinners on most evenings.
The opulent 12 Apostles Hotel Restaurant, the Grand Cafe’ at the V&A Waterfront and the Bungalow in Clifton were some of the dinner venues utilized by he Delegates.
Our Executive Chauffeur Team was on point each morning without a hitch, as they made there way each morning to the Hotels to be in position by 06h30, ready to render service. Our On-Site Coordinators based at the Hotels ensured each Delegate connected with their Conference Shuttle at the Hotel, to be transferred to the CTICC, nice and early before Conference commencement at 09h00 each morning.
Each Conference Shuttle Team Member served their Delegates and Executives with tremendous passion and enthusiasm. The Shuttle Team Members were easily identifable by their Anglo American banded t-shirts and name badges.
